This publication, edited and published by TAEN, draws on the  dissertations of Casey Wunsch and Jaya Vimala Raman who were studying for their MSc degrees in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2008-2009. 

TAEN was approached by the LSE to help these students identify useful and topical subjects for their dissertation.  In TAEN’s view, their work has provided a timely opportunity to consider mandatory retirement from a comparative perspective.
