The Skills Assessment Tool, developed by Fair Play Partnership under the previous ESF Programme, identifies what highly employable skills the older jobseekers have gained through day-to-day work and activities without realising it. Liz Bavidge has a vast experience with the tool while developing it and piloting it in a variety of UK and European settings.
