We were commissioned by DWP to research, compile and disseminate a Good Practice Guide for frontline employment support service providers, on working with 50+ clients. The Guide is being produced to help underpin the Government’s new support measures for older job seekers that are being rolled out from April.
We are working to a very tight timescale but if you are willing to contribute knowledge, expertise, experience and / or case studies and to take part in a telephone interview as part of the research phase, please contact TAEN by the end of March. (Contributions will be recognised.)
The Guide is intended for use by frontline advisers at the DWP’s prime contractors and their subcontractors working on any of the employment support programmes (e.g. Flexible New Deal, Pathways, City Strategies, Employment Zones, ESF, etc) but of course will have wider application beyond.
