As European Social Fund Project Manager, Hana is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Age Management Technical Assistance project that TAEN – The Age and Employment Network started in early 2008. She has been closely involved in development and dissemination of 50+ Works, the good practice guide and toolkit for welfare to work providers supporting older jobseekers.
On graduating from Charles University in the Czech Republic, Hana joined the Research Institute for Education in Prague as a researcher and assisted with a national project verifying a new school curriculum funded by the European Social Fund. While studying, she worked for several years as an adviser for an insurance and financial consulting company.
