The seminar was offered as part of TAEN’s national Age Management Technical Assistance project and was for ESF projects which either specifically or partially target people aged 50+.
The seminar was designed for frontline staff working directly with participants. It provided a contextual introduction to the main age and employment issues and looked at the issues practitioners face and tackle in the field when trying to support people aged 50+ to remain in jobs, or get back into work.

“Great speakers, these are the people who can not only change the mind set of the 50+ in finding employment but can be great role models for the community as a whole. If only we have them come to our organisation and encourage all community groups in this important subject.”
“Very interesting – good to have the statistics + figures too. Thank you!”
