The seminar was designed for managerial and supervisory staff involved in strategy, planning and delivery. It provided a contextual introduction to the main age and employment issues and looked at how to work more effectively with an older client group. 

Those who are responsible for updating the regional framework and involved in planning of the second tranche of the 2007-2013 ESF programme were encouraged to attend this event.
