The seminar was offered as part of TAEN’s national Age Management Technical Assistance project and was for ESF projects which either specifically or partially target people aged 50+.
The seminar was designed for frontline staff working directly with participants. It provided a contextual introduction to the main age and employment issues and looked at the issues practitioners face and tackle in the field when trying to support people aged 50+ to remain in jobs, or get back into work.
“The seminar was very informative, giving a good basis to build on.”
“Excellent information, relevant to what my organisation does.”
