The Freshstart Trust is a registered charity, established in 1996. We assist older (40+) people to focus on their next steps to enter or re-enter employment by offering intensive three day ‘improving employability & extending working life’ programmes and one-to-one guidance and support. We help with assessment of skills, confidence-building, CV preparation, job applications and interview skills. The approach is holistic.
