ANACT is the French National Agency for the Improvement of Working Conditions, a public institution managed by a three-party council (employers, employees, public authorities). We are a public institution which helps businesses to improve performance and working conditions, develops and disseminates innovative methods, and assists in the design and implementation of public incentive policies. A network of 25 Regional Associations (ARACT) focuses on local small and medium-sized enterprises. Our fields of action include: health at work; technological and organisational change; competencies and life-course development; age management; gender and diversity of the working population; management of working conditions, sustainable performance and economic development.
