Agewell enables people over 50 in Sandwell to have a positive voice so that they can influence policy and services on issues that affect them. We challenge age discrimination through promoting positive images of older people in mid to later life. The Midlife Future Planning course we offer focuses on organisations whose workers include those aged 50 and over. The training promotes age diversity and the benefits to employer and employee of maintaining a healthy active workplace.
